Tracking Packages:
If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking on our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder. In some cases the tracking may not appear online for 24-48 hours, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates it on their website.
You can track your order online at any time through our order status page called "Track Order". You will need to provide an order number.

Unavailability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will try three times before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure you include your available phone/mobile number in the shipping address when you place your order, this will speed up the delivery process.
